Please complete the information below as accurately as possible. It is important to be as detailed as possible especially in the “Instructions” section.

We will contact you once your recipe has been submitted to ensure we have a complete understanding of the recipe. Once the recipe has been tested and chosen as a Recipe of the Month we will contact you again and let you know the recipe will be posted in our Recipe of the Month page.

When you submit a recipe you agree to the following;

a) You authorize Proofing House Press to post the recipe at no cost or fee until you contact us in writing and ask us to remove the recipe.

b) You agree that you are the owner of the recipe and in submitting the recipe and Proofing House Press’s posting of the recipe it does not violate any copyright or trademark laws.
